Lung Foundation Non-member registration – Attendees who register at the non-member full registration fee will receive 1 year membership with Lung Foundation Australia for the year 2018. Membership will be processed after the ALCC Conference.

The format for this conference, will be highly multidisciplinary, thus numbers are limited to 400 full time delegates to ensure maximum benefit to all delegates. To ensure adequate multidisciplinary representation, target delegates have been set for each designated registration category.
REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS, PER REGISTRATION CATEGORY WHEN REGISTRATION OPENS ON TBC. Please register early to ensure attendance and avoid disappointment.
Standard/nurse registration includes session and trade exhibition admission, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, the welcome reception, and a satchel containing the conference handbook and abstracts volume and other conference material.
Please note the above registration fees do not include attendance at the conference dinner or daily breakfasts. These are optional activities, partly subsidised for conference delegates. Additional tickets can be purchased for accompanying persons.
Late/on-site registration refers to those delegates who register on or after 28 March 2018 or (pending availability) who pay to register upon arrival at the conference. Conference satchels and their contents cannot be guaranteed for late/on-site registrants.
Registration cancellation policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made before 5 Jan 2018 will be refunded less $A50.00 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person on or before 5 Jan 2018 without incurring any cost penalty. Registration transfers made on or after 22 Jan 2018 will incur a $A50.00 processing fee. The conference secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges. Payment by credit card is also acceptable. Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card.
Payment must accompany your registration form. Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
Payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount, otherwise the next level of payment will be charged.
